Our project is the first to have envisaged this in the crypto-currency zone.

WHAT WE OFFER
 

We are announcing the issue of first 300 000 (three hundred thousand) crypto-currency RCSHARE (RCS) tokens (crypto-share) out of
1 000 000 (one million), with the initial cost equivalent to 1 (one) US dollar.

Tokens will be placed with a discount (see. Annex 1).

An RCSHARE (RCS) token (crypto-share) is supported by assets – proprietary land plots of the “housing construction purpose” category in the NOVAYA DUBRAVA satellite city territory and it can be exchanged with a discount up to 20% (see. Annex 1).

Remaining account balance will be accrued with RCSHARE (RCS) tokens up to 10% annum depending on the account balance (see. Annex 1).

Start of the crowdfunding campaign – July 2017. We will later inform you about the exact date of the initiation of the ICO campaign.

Crowdfunding campaign duration – 30 (thirty) days.

Сonstruction of an additional element of the utility and social infrastructure and population growth increases the cost of a land plot, which is the main product of our project.

ABOUT US

The team of  "RAMO" company has a successful experience in project launches with investments exceeding $ 30 million, in particular:

- Construction of a petrol (filling) stations net (1994 - 2002), in cooperation with NK LUKOIL in the Lipetsk region (27 petrol stations - view images), with an oil storage tank for 20,000 tons (view images), and business organisation of wholesale and a retail trading of oil products. The company share was later sold to the LUKOIL company.

- Agricultural project (2002-2008), including the purchase, registration of property rights and organization of agricultural production on 27 thousand hectares of land, with the construction of an elevator facility with the total storage capacity of 60,000 tons (view video). It was then sold to a Swedish company.


Afterwards, it was decided to launch a project (2008 – the present day) to construct a satellite city with full variety of utility and social infrastructure, covering the total area of 382 ha, with an approved territory plan, being located in the outskirts of Lipetsk.

At the moment, operation of the company is supported by its own funds. Other funding sources such as bank loans were not used
